1969 – John Lennon marries Yoko One at the Rock of Gibraltar in Spain, and changes his middle name from Winston to Ono. As you've probably already noticed, I have been writing many of these entries to accommodate the lesser knowledgeable folks who might not know that Nashville is in Tennessee or that Central Park is in New York City. If this was just for us, I wouldn't have to be so thorough. The main reason for doing this is that many years ago, I asked my daughter if she knew where the state of Maine was.
