I quit smoking about 10-11 years ago for 1/2 a year. The head of
production at the television network told me that the powers that be
weren't happy that my voice was starting to sound so clean and smooth and
that I should go back to smoking. For the kind of dollars they were paying
me I had a new carton of smokes THAT afternoon.

Could I sue them for that? Prove it. I can't.
