Hey Donna, nice to 'see' you, but sorry to hear about the lung problems. It's a shame we're no longer immortal, like when we were young. Forgive my preaching...I have no medical degree, but spent several years in my 20's as a medical tech, testing ex-coal miners for black lung disease. My intuition is that e-cigarettes won't prove to be any safer than cigs (or not much).
I personally believe that cold turkey is the only way to do it. Good luck either way, and if I run into Bluebird, I'll give her your regards.
