Hey kids!! Had a hard time figuring out how to get back on here.....old age I'm sure. Happen to see the email about the COPD/stop smoking issue.....Just recovering from the worst bout of bronchitis I've ever had and the doc says I too, have the early stages of COPD. Will be "celebrating" 50 years of smoking in the next few months.I was on antibiotics then prednisolone and had to sleep sitting up (coughed non stop when horizontal). I never want to go through that again!!! Plus the fact that carrying the fashionable oxygen tank will hinder my traveling......I have been using vapor cigs and Blu ecigs. Also, I kept one pack of cigs out in my car in the cold garage. I would only smoke part of one at a time out in the garage or outside. Well, that was last week and I notice that as I get back to normal, my smoking is increasing again.
I had posted this on FB and got a recommendation for a book that apparently helps people quit like no other info has. It's by the author Allen Carr on quitting the damn things. I downloaded it to my nook, but haven't started reading it yet. If you guys have any suggestions, I am interested. BTW, I haven't been on the Bluey or SS.net, or any of the others in quit some time.....all dead in my mind.
