Generally I don't judge albums in a hurry. I find that sometimes if I like something right from the immediate get-go that it's because there wasn't all that much there and once I get past the initial glitter that it starts to get boring. On the other hand sometimes the album grows on me as I start to discover things I initially missed. Sadly that has never happened for me with either Smiley Smile of Love You. I like SOME of That's Why...other parts I'm still sitting on the fence about...but I really haven't listened for quite awhile. Too much music to deal with here, there and everywhere. I'm currently working on a couple of specialty shows for the station I just joined in September. Hopefully we'll be ready to roll 'em out for human consumption in the new year.
