It doesn't dectect the Webcams when I replug the webcam physically into
another port. I don't know how I can solve it.

1. Vasily is working on a software based solution for this. Somehow the 
hardware doesn't work like the datasheets from the vendor describe it.

2. I don't understand that - do you change the port virtually or do you 
replug the webcam physically into another port? Does the procedure work 
with other devices?

3. Since v4l2ucp is an independ application it should work with all 
video-applications. I don't know where you can get further information 
on it - their SVN repository was last updated a few years ago.
