So... after a couple of hours of heavy googling I found that MT9M112 is fully named MT9M112D00STC. Moreover Micron Technology's department dealing with CMOS parts is now separate and located at www.aptina.com And the worst thing: aptina does not provide datasheets freely :\ Only in terms of NDA. http://www.aptina.com/support/documentation.jsp?t=0&q=49&x=43&y=12# Seems that chip being in production they won't distribute info on it. Luckily, MT111 datasheet can be found on the net. My copy is here: http://www.deeptown.org/korvin/MT9M111.pdf Hope, it help us :) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Lets make microdia webcams plug'n play, (currently plug'n pray) To post to this group, send email to [email protected] Visit us online https://groups.google.com/group/microdia -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
