At last I had set up my camera using MT9M111 data and enabled AWB,
autoexposure and so on. But there is one problem.
I have black space on the left of picture which is not cured by HSTART/VSTART.
It disappears only when I remove the line 0d (which Brian had adviced me to
add).

The problem is that this line controls color output. With it -- color is ok,
but black space appears. Without -- no black space, but color is distorted,
and xSTART xSIZE does not fix it.
