I haven't followed the entire thread but this seems like a good use case for xfolk or even hReview. The xfolk version could look like this: <div class="xfolkentry"> <a class="taggedlinked" href="http://goatse.cx">check this out!</a> (<a rel="tag" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSFW">NSFW</a>) </div> The hReview version would probably be similar, maybe just a wrapper around the xfolkentry to show that this is just one person's opinion and should be taken as such.
