Its a Good thought it would almost eliminate the rel="licence"
issue for
good.
I don't think this would necessarily help. RFC 4946 allows links to
multiple licences, but the implication is not that the different
licences apply to different parts of the article, but rather that the
licences are each alternative licences for the entire article - which
is pretty much the same situation that we already have.
It also doesn't solve the practical problem of misinterpretation by
RDFa parsers.
