Stefano: With the parameters you have given that is the maximum you can get, power wise. Either increasing the head to at least 5.6 meters or to increase the water volume, or both, and if the increments are possible, then you need to check the Kaplan and the Generator limitations, to see if you can produce more power without equipment changes.
The Kaplan may be giving you the best efficiency. Where are you located ?.
