OK, so mod_midgard and midgard-php are loaded correctly.
Which leaves the normal PHP pages.

I don't understand what you mean by 'process graphically'. Can you
elaborate on what you see happening? Any relevent messages in your
log file?
Is the site public so I can take a look at the resulting pages?
