OK, slight modification: moderators still get a signal (mail most
likely) that new questions/answers have been added. Questions accepted
without intervention, but deleteable by the moderators in case of
misconduct, answers accepted without intervention but kept in a 
reply-article version history (so multiple replies possible, latest
shown) for easy backout in case of misconduct, the article chain being
reduced to the latest acceptable entry on approval by the moderators.
