Well, that is certainly the easiest way of doing
this, and we could use our existing CVS repository
for version control and distributed authoring.
Of course, as creating Web-based tools and publishing
system is the very core of the project, it would
be tempting to have a Midgard solution for this.
Besides, Midgard's topic structure would also be well
suited for storing this kind of information.
The only problem here is that I don't have time for
writing any extra Midgard apps until late next week
(I have to get a couple of new sites up before then),
so unless someone else volunteers the Web interface
would have to wait.
However, as gathering the information is the point
here, not the format (as is the case with all these
documentation projects), anyone can get started by
doing this in whatever format is felt to be easiest.
