[midgard] Midgard and RedHat 6.2 installation problem

Hi,
whenever I try to install midgard-php* I get this errormessage:
file /usr/lib/apache/libphp3.so from install of midgard-php* conflicts with
the file from package php-3.0.15-2.

Any idea what is wrong?
