The OpenSA project is handling the Midgard Windows port
as a separate development process from the main Midgard
development, so I really can't answer these.
However, I'm Cc:ing this to Daniel from OpenSA, so we'll
hopefully get some information from there soon.
The latest I've heard from them was that they had halted
the development until they got 0.20 version of their package
out. That was released on March 15th, so maybe things have
moved onwards now.
