OK, I think it's ready to be committed but I've got this phobia
about using cvs; what if my DocBook markup is bad? what if I commit the wrong
stuff and it's out of sync? I don't want a bunch of mad (*grin* could be
taken as an emotional or pyschological charge) Midguardians blocking my
stairway to heaven. I'm gonna have enough trouble getting "there" as it
is.

I've attached the document just in case you feel it's safer for someone
else to review my markup and then commit. Considering the document is now
available via cvs, does Alexander still need a copy e-mailed to him?

It might be bedy-by-time over there so if I don't see a response in the
next hour or two, I'll commit.
