Hi all,
i have a problem during the installation of midgard. I will do that on a SuSE
6.4 with a SMTP kernel 2.2.14. MySQL and Apache are preinstalled (as *.rpm).
When I try to do a "make" in php directory, the compiler tells me a missing
include file (httpd.h).
--------------------------
gcc -g -O2 -O2 -I. -I. -I../midgard-lib-1.2.5/include
-c main.c -o main.o
main.c:100: httpd.h: No such file or directory
--------------------------
I have hoped, that SuSe shipps the apache installation with the corresponding
include files. But I haven't found that.
I have some principal questions:
1. Must I have installed the apache source, to get midgard compiled?
2. Must I deinstall the php module which is shipped with SuSE?
3. Which is the easiest way, to get midgard work, possibly without compiling
the apache package myself.
(The other three parts of the installation (data, mod, and lib) has worked
without any problems).
Thanks
Ralf Eisinger
