This is normal. The image isn't served from the Midgard database (which is
what it reports here) and os apache get's to serve it out itself.

All this looks to me like you may have set the root page to active, in
which case it will handle _all_ requests that are not handled by other
midgard pages. Nothing will be served by apache itself for that site.
