Let me sum up :
Midgard 1.4-beta3/SiteGroups=0.3
2 'admin' username in SG0 and SG4, all others in SG0
log in as 'admin*' ( admin site shows admin as root for SG0)
create a new group OK : id = 5 (no members are listed after creation)
tried to add members to group 5 (failure on all users rc=0)
if u cannot reproduce the problem, i might have a disprepancy in my
database.
I attach you extracts of my tables below.
Anyway consider this low priority since I stopped using sitegroups for now.

I don't quite follow what is outlined above.
To make a user member of a group, both the user and the group must be in
the current sitegroup.
A username must be unique within one sitegroup. There's no confusion about
that; duplicate names are out. You can have the same username in separate
sitegroups though.
