If this is literal if may cause some weirdness
> mod_midgard.c:27:midgard.h: no such file or directory
Did you configure mod_midgard with --with-midgard=/usr/local (or whereever
you installed the midgard headers & libraries)? Did you 'make install'
libmidgard?
