Frank, the Midgard engine off seemed to have no effect.

Probably a bit redundant, but I set the Apache's httpd.conf file
up this way.  The BindAddress directive isn't used.  I thought
it might be a DNS problem, but using IP addresses for these hosts also
demonstrates the same problem.
