Those RPMS are for Mandrake, not RedHat.

Also these RPMS are built against Russian Apache (with mod_charset
module enabled). In this case PHP automagically converts documents from
one encoding to another according Apache settings. With default SuSE
Apache it wouldn't work I think, so you'll need to rebuild RPM.

These are dynamically loaded PHP3 modules (IMAP and PostgreSQL). You
could install them if you're planning to program IMAP or use PostgreSQL
database.
For simple test they are not needed.

Yes. If sites are from one sitegroup them all documents will be readonly
for all except members of groups which own those topics.
