I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but here goes.

One of the problems when it comes to midgard is user functionality and
interface. The exisiting admin interface is efficient for most tasks exept
for users who are not used to html and who need to submit material.

What would be perfect is if we could have some sort of copy/paste
functionality. What I'm looking for is making a user cut and paste a story
from word/other word prosessors and into midgard and getting some simple
formating (the p,b and i - tags for instance) included in the operation. If
someone allready has a solution to this I'd be most greatfull, if not its
something worth working on.

Does anyone have a solution to this? A macro that runs the text through a
simple OLE transelator taking only the simplest formating and posting this
on the pasteboard could also be a solution.

I guess many of you use midgard for the same reason as me: letting users
submitt webpages without having to code. Then this feature is essensial.

input to this is welcommed.

Hi guys,

As the Paris meeting is drawing closer, I invite everyone, and most
specifically those not able to attend, to let us know what subjects you
feel need attention during the meeting.

One of the things that will surely be discussed is 2.0, so if there are
ideas out there about 2.0 and the storage core concepts we've been
discussing they're certainly relevant.
