Well, if you're not looking for universal solution *only*, here is another
M$ only HTML editor:

(set your IE settings to accept non-signed ActiveX and click on the Demo
link)
This one is really good looking, but maybe too complicated for users. I
think it may need some modifications for it works with textareas.
