At least this would mean you've managed to get Midgard to make a working
connection to its database backend.

And they seem to match with your db entries.

So I am lost as much as you are, sorry. Maybe you could set 'LogLevel debug'
in httpd.conf and restart apache to see if you get some better feedback on
what goes wrong. From the config info you've sent it appears that you are
using Midgard 1.2.5, but it would help if you could confirm the exact
version you are using to the list. You can find this information in one of
the first lines in errorlog (usually /usr/local/apache/logs/errorlog or
/var/log/httpd/errorlog) after restarting apache.
