I grabbed the tar balls this morning my time (about 10/11 hours ago). I remember
seeing your email about having fixed it but when I started compiling midgard-lib (I
think) - I saw the -DVERSION/1.4beta3/ (or whatever it is exactly and was a little
suprised.

There isn't any file there. I assumed it was created everytime a connection was
attempted or something.
I touched the file and tried it again - to no avail :(
