I don't know if there's such a thing as libcvs or somesuch. There's
allways the option of running cvs from the script but that's going to be a
slug.
Unless you want to integrate it in the Midgard resource management scheme
(such as it is) this would be good for a generic PHP extension. It has no
ties to Midgard specifically otherwise.
