[midgard] global functions

I want to have some code run for all my host, for all page and all subpages.
As I have seen, code-global is not good, because it will not be called from
all my subgages. (I mean, i want to write only one code-global page-element
and not one for all my subpages.)
What I would like to have is a kind of code global for my root page, which is
inherited by all my subpages.
Is there something like that exists?
