Appearantly you have no sitegroup defined for the other host.
You speak of two sites called www.xxx.com, one is the admin site, the
other
not. Please use different names to denote different hosts, even if you
wish to mask the real names. I'll name the non-admin site
www.production.com
Go into mysql and do
mysql> select sitegroup from host where name='www.production.com';
This will give you the sitegroup ID for the host you can't log into.
Let's
say this id is 2.
Now do:
mysql> select * from sitegroup where id=2;
I suspect the latter will not yield any result.
