You can use the MidgardDefaultRealm in httpd.conf to set the default
realm. Use quotes if the realm contains spaces.
(ie. MidgardDefaultRealm "My Web Site")

If you want to set a different realm for each sitegroup, update the realm
field of the sitegroup table. You can't do it directly in the admin site
for the moment, so use mysql (or phpMyAdmin):

mysql> update sitegroup set realm='My Web Site' where name='mywebsite';

I had the same problem, try to set in httpd.conf:
php3_magic_quotes_gpc off
