When looking through the papers so far submitted for the ICAO 42nd Assembly I'm pretty sure I saw a paper proposing age 67. As you can guess a quick look back didn't help me find it again but I'll keep looking. I think it was from one of the observer groups (not IFALPA I would bet) which means they'd have to get a State to support the idea. Presumably the United States at least. The Assembly wouldn't endorse the proposal, just send it to the Council for added discussion.
It might not be a slam dunk since I got the impression that others are sick of talking about the subject.
