1700----NOT! Left BOS 10 minutes before FO went illegal and arrived DCA 0130.Â

JK - suggested new rules:
After four hours delay, declare the flight indefinitely delayed and release
passengers from obligations and provide immediate cash refund.
For those not wanting to wait longer, reunite them with their luggage
Provide Rule 240 type measure and move them to another airline
Rule #1 should be: throw money at them.
