Hi Abdul,
For creating an account you need to have group or client,
and loan/savings product must be eligible for the same.
For example :- If you have created an loan product that is
for group, then product will only be visible for creating an account for
group.
You can follow the procedure below to create a loan account
from scratch for group.
1. Create a loan product for group.
2. Create an office.
3. Create a user that must be loan officer.
4. Create a center under that office
5. Create a group under that center.
6. Change the state of group to active.
7. Then create a loan account for that group.

Hi, Please I need your assistance on how to use this software
(Mifos). Although I had done something which was alright with the help
of the user manual, but am having a challenge on how to create a loan
and saving account. I had defined the loan and saving product where I
specify the product instance name, but anytime I want to create a loan
or saving account the combo box in front of the savings instance name
will not bring anything out.
Please help me out, may be there is something I still need to do.
