One other suggestion I have is also to ensure that the frequency on the loan product matches the frequency of the meeting schedule for the group/client for which you are creating a loan. For example for clients that have monthly meetings, loan products with weekly repayments will not show up as an option in the drop down list when creating a loan account. Similarly, if you have a loan product with monthly frequency, then any clients with weekly/bi-weekly etc. meetings will not be able to have a loan account for that loan product with monthly repayments. Hopefully between Mayank's tips and the information above, you'll be able to create loan and savings accounts successfully. You can follow the procedure below to create a loan account from scratch for group. 1. Create a loan product for group. 2. Create an office. 3. Create a user that must be loan officer. 4.
