Hi Adam, I just want to mention that Eclipse OMONDO plugin who's a good visual modeling tools using the UML 2.0 and it's free. But be warned that free version of Omondo UML Eclipse Plugin does not allow created UML diagrams to be shared! This implies that if you ever reinstall your Eclipse, you will no longer be able to open the diagrams you created earlier!
For myself, I work with Rational Rose. It's the world Leader in UML modeling tool and it's also one of the most expensive :).
