My email filtering system has gotten a little wacky--so I can't easily scan to see if someone has already answered this question. Apologies if this is a duplicate... I wasn't clear if you were asking how to change the name of a single loan officer (ie, loan officer "Emily Tucker" now wants to be called "Emily Smith") or if you were asking how to change the "loan officer" loan itself (ie, to "credit officer" instead of loan officer). To change a loan officer's name, you click to on the "Admin" tab, click "View system users" link on the left side of the page (under "manage organization"), and search for the Loan Officer's name you wish to change. Once you've found the loan officer, click through to their detail page, you can click "Edit user information" link. From there, you can change the person's name. Renaming "loan officer" to a different phrase is more complicated-- you'd have to go through the properties files and change all the occurrences of loan officer. I'm not the best one to tell you how to do this-- so if this is what you wanted to do, probably best to email the dev list. Note that we are hoping to launch a tool to make handling the translations much easier... but that won't come out for a couple of weeks at least. Hope this helps!
