This makes me wonder - is "Loan officer" a label that we want to have customizable (like some of the other labels on the site like clients, groups, centers, etc)? I know a lot of MFIs use different terminology for their loan officers titles (project officers, center managers, etc). This seems like something that should be easily configurable (rather than working around it through localization). Thoughts?
