Summary: New Holidays added are not updating existing clients' customer
schedule table (was: New Holidays added are not updating existing loan
schedules)
Description:
For existing clients, the Customer Schedule table is not updating the Action
date column correctly with the new meeting date. For example, if they define a
holiday on 1/26 set to "Next Working Day", the loan schedules are updating the
meeting date correctly to 1/27. However, the Customer Schedule table's Action
date is still on the 26th.
This is only happening for existing clients. If they define the holiday, and
then create a new client, the new client is updating correctly.

GK reported recently that when a new holiday is added, it is not updating
existing loan schedules. It is however updating new loan schedules. Need to
verify this on 1.4
GK uses Next Meeting/Repayment rule for Holidays.
