More comments from Praveen

Application Impact: If there is any Fines or Penalty for the Holiday Meeting
day customer, then It won't come in the bulk entry screen.
For example: if the Meeting date is 1/26 & if we define a holiday on 1/26 set
to "Next Working Day" & as per bug, if the Action_Date in the Customer_schedule
table is not changed to 1/27. & if there is any Fines Or Penalty for that day
meeting Customer. The Upcoming Charges for the customer will show for Next
Meeting Date ie. 02/02(Feb/02) & the due charges will not come in the 1/27
bulk entry.

Report Impact: as the attendance update is not happening properly during bulk
entry. (Issue is already raised). We have written a script to extract all the
meeting day clients & keep it in one table & when & then the bulk entry will
happen, we are checking the same records against customer_attendance & ensuring
whether the attendance is updated for each of the customer or not.
And have created a simple birt report to know, at the end of the day all the
customers attendance is updated or not.

Kay, we have found one more bug in "Redo Loan Disbursal" process for Holiday
defined meeting days.
if we want to recreate a loan for previous dates using "Redo Loan disbursal "
Link in Admin Page. & if we are doing it for Holiday day customers, in that
process, the "actual Payment date" is validating for Meeting day & leaving a
message "Please enter a valid transaction date." (this is when you click a
preview button).
& by editing the date to original meeting date its letting to continue.
(say customer has meeting date on 01/26 & on 26th we have defined holiday & set
to "Next Working Day" & the Loan schedules on 26th are all pushed to 27th .
during the "Redo Loan Disbursal" the "actual Payment date" will be taken it as
27th & the preview button is validating this date checking for meeting day &
throwing an error saying "Please enter a valid transaction date." (here 26 is
Tuesday & 27th is Wednesday. Actual Kendra Meeting day is for Tuesday).

> For existing clients, the Customer Schedule table is not updating the Action
> date column correctly with the new meeting date. For example, if they define
> a holiday on 1/26 set to "Next Working Day", the loan schedules are updating
> the meeting date correctly to 1/27. However, the Customer Schedule table's
> Action date is still on the 26th.
> This is only happening for existing clients. If they define the holiday, and
> then create a new client, the new client is updating correctly.
> Assigning to Jeff to test
