Repro:
Have an existing client in Mifos. Have a recurring client fee assigned to the
client account.
Add a new holiday that falls on the repayment date of that client. Set
Repayment Rule to Next Working Day.
Now go to Collection Sheet Entry for that meeting date for that client's
center. The expected fee payment (under A/C Collections) is not showing up.
