Please disregard my last comment -- we tested this again and found (again) that
the problem is that at disbursement time the schedule is being incorrectly
shifted. So, for example, a loan was entered on Feb 25th that had:
disbursement day: Mar 5th
first repayment day: 1
which resulted in a loan schedule where the first repayment was due on April
1st. So far so good... Then the loan was disbursed on Mar 8th and the loan
schedule was incorrectly shifted so that the first payment is now due on May
1st. So, this is still a blocker.
