Verified on 1.4.x branch that now the repayment schedule is not updated if the
loan is disbursed after the original disbursal date AND before the first
repayment date. If disbursal is done after original first disbursal date, the
repayment schedule shifts forward.
testing notes in verifying this issue:
(All dates are shown below as dd/mm/yyyy)
Group with weekly meetings on Tuesdays:
two weekly loans with disbursal date of 23/03/2010.
first installment date is 30/03/2010.
1. stop system, move system date forward to 25/03/2010.
2. disburse 1 loan on 25/03/2010. first repayment is due on 30/03/2010. ==>
schedule not modified, OK
3. stop system, move system date forward to 7/4/2010.
4. disburse 2nd loan on 7/4/2010. Repayment schedule is modified, now first
repayment is due on 13/4/2010.
montly meeting with meetings on 1st of every month:
three monthly loans with dibursal date of 1/4/2010
first installment date is 1/5/2010
1. stop system, move system date forward to 7/4/2010.
2. disburse 1 montly loan on 7/4/2010, but leave disbursal date as 1/4/2010
==> payment schedule not modifed, OK
3. stop system, move system date forward to 5/5/2010.
4. with system date set to 5/5/2010, disburse 2nd loan with disbursal date of
30/4/2010.
4. repayment schedule is not modified, first repayment is due one day later on
1/5/2010.
(minDaysBetweenDisbursalAndFirstRepaymentDay is set to 1)
5. with system date still set to 5/5/2010, disburse 3rd loan with disbursal
date of 5/5/2010
6. repayment schedule is modified, now first repayment is due on 1/6/2010.
