We are now seeing this in production (using 1,365 as the settings for min/max
days). For example, when the loan is disbursed on April 16th and the repayment
day is 15 or each month, then the first repayment would be May 15th, but should
be adjusted to the next working day, May 17th. Instead it is getting adjusted
to June 15th, ignoring the rule, and the loan is now disbursed with an
incorrect schedule and must be reversed and redone.
