REPRO STEPS:
1. enable LSIM
2. either create a holiday for a future date or ensure that SUNDAY is
configured as a non-working day
3. check that the
FiscalCalendarRules.ScheduleTypeForMeetingOnHoliday=next_working_day
4. set min/maxDaysBetweenDisbursalAndFirstRepaymentDate to 1,365
5. create a loan product with a monthly repayment schedule
6. create an instance of this loan product, set the disbursal date to today,
and set the repayment day to a day of month which is a non-working day
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
1. loan schedule should show first repayment on the next working day after the
chosen day of month
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
1. loan schedule shows first repayment day one month after the non-working day
