Keith, reopening this issue - I get the attached stack trace when I try to
create a duplicate client via the "Click here to continue if Group membership
is not required for your Client. " link (no group membership).
Reproduced this with 2 different clients. Earlier used the same client to
confirm I got the expected error when adding a client as part of a group. On
test server, http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos, used:
firstname: Client
lastname: 1
Date Of Birth: 12/12/1980
