Kay,
currently, there is a product mix check. However, it does not kick in at
create time. It kicks in when you click the 'disburse loan' link (so doesn't
apply to collection sheet entry).
So, 1/ do you want it to apply at create time and 2/ do you want it to apply
for cse and loan normal
