Added the product mix check to the central loanBO.disburseLoan method so that
all parts of mifos that disburse loans will use that validation.
I left in the check when you click the 'disburse loan' link to avoid the user
having to get to the submit button before getting the message.
Note: The collection sheet entry error message is pretty generic and catch-all
and doesn't really tell you the error reason (its always been this way):
"The following accounts have not been updated due to simultaneous
updates/insufficient balance/invalid disbursement date/invalid repayment:
Loan disbursements:- 000100000415208"
