According to the functional spec
(http://www.mifos.org/knowledge/functional-specifications/account-creation/savings-accounts)
"If an account is Inactive, no voluntary/mandatory deposits due appear in the
collection sheet/bulk entry form. Mandatory amounts due stop accumulating but
the amounts already accumulated in the account remain."
SECDEP has confirmed that even if a savings account is marked as inactive, the
mandatory amount is still appearing. They do not have a recommended deposit
for their volunteer savings product, so not sure if that would be showing up as
well (but I imagine it is).
I think how the functional spec describes the issue is the correct behavior,
that it should stop trying to collect savings deposits once the account is
moved to inactive.
