Did the following test procedure:
1. Loaded snapshot of secdep prod data from 13 July 2010
2. run with 1.5 to confirm still getting batch job errors locally
3. look at existing accounts that were reported by SECDEP, and captured account
activity
4. upgrade to 1.6 release candidate, run batch jobs.
5. confirm interest calculation batch job not running with errors
However, the account activity still shows interest posting of 0.0 at end of
June for accounts where account balance is above 1000. Examples include these
account #'s:
000100000018517
000100000012377
000100000017061
000100000021077
000100000024439
If proper interest is now calculated, I don't the account balance increased
anywhere on the UI for those accounts.
